1. What is the process for planning my trip?
We start with an intake form, followed by a virtual meeting to create a detailed client profile. This step is essential, as it helps us design a trip that truly reflects your preferences. From there, we provide an initial itinerary and conduct up to three reviews to finalize every detail. Once all bookings are confirmed, you’ll receive access to your itinerary, a list of vendors with confirmation numbers and costs, and a folder with any necessary receipts. During your trip, you’ll also have a dedicated number to text for 24/7 support.
2. How is pricing structured?
For two people, we charge a $450 base fee for up to five days of travel. For four people, the base fee is $995 for up to five days.
Each additional day is $30. Additional travelers are $125 each.
For groups larger than six, please contact us directly for a quote.
3. What types of travel experiences do you offer?
Our services cover all types of travel tailored to your preferences, schedule, and budget. Whether you’re seeking a luxury escape, a cultural immersion, a family adventure, a management retreat, or something else entirely, we’re here to create a trip that aligns with your vision.
4. What’s included in your service?
We handle all aspects of your trip, from flights and accommodations to dining reservations and specific experiences. We typically offer at least two dining options for you to choose from and make any necessary reservations. We can assist with visas if needed and can even arrange your ride to and from your local airport. If you’re a loyalty member with certain brands, we’ll prioritize those when booking transportation and accommodations.
Our service is all-inclusive; we don’t sell itineraries alone. Please note, we do not handle passport renewals, TSA, or Global Entry applications.
5. How far in advance should I reach out to book?
To ensure we can provide the best options and value, we recommend reaching out at least 4 months before your travel dates. For trips with a shorter timeline (minimum of 2 months out), we’re happy to assist, though flexibility in budget may be needed.
